Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Hands-on chef with strong food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trainees kitchen staff in food preparation and sanitation.
• Maintains inventory and ensures product availability.
