Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, catering and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portions, and presentation standards; uses daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment operation.
