The Executive Chef will drive high-volume catering operations, partner with marketing on culinary programs, and ensure quality and consistency across offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong menu planning and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience overseeing safety and sanitation in culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Education

Culinary degree preferred
