Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking an Executive Chef for El Segundo, CA, to lead kitchen operations and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a high‑volume environment focused on corporate dining and on‑site catering. You will prepare meals and direct culinary teams under corporate programs and guidelines.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, menu planning, staff training, and strong food cost controls, with opportunities to drive quality and guest satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on chef experience required, with focus on quality, sanitation and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follow standardized recipes, portions, and presentation standards; use production worksheets and waste logs.
• Train kitchen staff in food safety, equipment operation, and sanitation per company standards.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas; ensure staff follow schedules.
• Manage inventory within guidelines and ensure product availability.
