Proof of the Pudding is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to oversee The Carter Center’s culinary division. You will develop and execute menus, lead and develop a culinary team, and manage events and distribution to ensure exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

Located at the Carter Center in Atlanta, the role focuses on creative menu development, cost control, and leading a fast-paced kitchen during high-profile events.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a leadership/supervisory culinary role.
• Expert knowledge of a range of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community and our Proof of the Pudding Team.
• Possess self-motivation, desire to learn, and enthusiasm for fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Interpersonal skills and demeanor for maintaining a safe, equitable and inclusive work environment.

• Developing, costing, and executing unique and innovative custom menus.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team to set menu prices.
• Manage client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Staying current on trends in Food & Beverage/Catering.
• Maintaining the kitchen and areas to Proof of the Pudding standards.
