Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen; catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and reading production requirements.
• Experience with high-volume events is preferred.
• Familiarity with upscale/VIP service styles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists from lead culinary.
• Measure ingredients and stock for cooking.
• Prepare simple dishes as directed by Executive Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food items.
• Assist chefs and handle culinary tasks as needed.
• Supervise cooling and food temperatures.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen areas.
