Join Proof of the Pudding at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta as a Cook. The role involves mass food production, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring flawless event execution in a high-energy setting.

We value 1+ year cooking experience, knowledge of food prep, and the ability to work in upscale, VIP service environments. The position is part-time with on-site duties and daily meals provided during shifts.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen; catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and reading production requirements.
• Experience with high-volume events is preferred.
• Familiarity with upscale/VIP service styles.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists from lead culinary.
• Measure ingredients and stock for cooking.
• Prepare simple dishes as directed by Executive Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food items.
• Assist chefs and handle culinary tasks as needed.
• Supervise cooling and food temperatures.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen areas.
