You will oversee menu planning, staff leadership, budgeting, and compliance to deliver exceptional meals that support resident well-being and satisfaction.

This full-time leadership role requires a passion for hospitality, strong budgeting and food safety knowledge, and the ability to foster a positive kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining operations in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Strong budgeting, food cost controls, and inventory management.
• Leadership and staff development experience; knowledge of sanitation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all dining services operations for the community.
• Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Plan menus meeting resident preferences, nutritional needs, and budget guidelines.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop dining services staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and inventory; manage budgets and labor productivity.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory control; ensure safety compliance.
