Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef based at Daytona International Speedway with responsibilities across multiple NASCAR venues. You will lead all culinary operations, drive innovative menus, maintain food safety, control costs, and develop a high-performing team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent execution of standards, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless event execution. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years executive leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Manage food and labor costs and develop production schedules.
• Forecast sales, develop pars and prep lists, and train team members.
• Collaborate with operations leadership for seamless events.
