Levy Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef for the Orlando market, stationed at Camping World Stadium with initial training at the Kia Center. The role leads all culinary operations, sets menu standards, and trains staff while representing Levy on social media.

The ideal candidate brings strong culinary leadership, coaching skills, and a commercial mindset to drive operational performance. The Executive Chef will oversee safe kitchen practices, collaborate with purchasing and finance, and

Qualifications

• 5+ leadership experience in a culinary leadership position.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Understanding of financial concepts.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the use of social media is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best.
• Identify opportunities and drive improvements in food and financial performance.
• Oversee all aspects of a safe and sanitary culinary department.
• Collaborate with purchasing and finance to deliver financially viable menus.
• Build and develop the on-site culinary team.
• Evolve the food experience with regional and Home Office teams.
• Drive revenue through social media participation.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and par level planning.
• Create prep sheets and line layouts for efficient production.
• Deliver training and coaching on menus and culinary skills.
• Manage kitchen operations and on-shift schedules.
