Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an energetic Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality meals across our client sites. You will direct menu planning, food preparation, and staff training in line with corporate programs.

This role rewards a hands-on chef with 5+ years in culinary management, strong food safety knowledge, and a passion for fresh, trend-driven cuisine. Location in California, competitive benefits, growth opportunities.

Formación

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable.
• Hands-on chef experience a must.
• ServSafe certified - highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation.
• Establishes and maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas.
