Qualifications

• Culinary leadership experience in management roles.
• Strong background in menu development and production planning.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and allergen standards.
• Experience leading Sous Chefs and culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations with focus on quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Develop and execute menus in partnership with Culinary Director.
• Coach and develop Sous Chefs and culinary staff.
