Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in culinary arts with 5 years chef experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff assignments.
• Recommend staffing actions per company rules and policies.
• Ensure staff training and provide tools to perform their jobs.
• Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Develop menu concepts for all food and bar outlets and catering events.
• Maintain cost documentation for all dishes prepared and sold.
