Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment in Baltimore North is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead our upscale dining concept at Cross Keys. You will ensure service standards, staff training, and menu execution to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, fluent English, and a hospitality mindset. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Hospitality Management degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and local regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more outlets or a portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies.
• Recommend staffing actions per company rules.
• Train staff and ensure proper certification and tools.
• Greet guests and handle complaints; implement service recovery guidelines.
• Assist with marketing programs and menu development.
• Monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results; take corrective action.
• Maintain inventory controls and equipment; minimize waste and manage costs.
• Aim to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability; assist in annual budget prep.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and clean.
• Coordinate special events if scheduled.
