Elior Collegiate Dining at Wheeling University is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead the on-site culinary team. You will craft delicious, healthy menus for students, faculty and guests, and oversee all aspects of food production to ensure top quality standards.

The role requires at least three years in progressive culinary roles, budgeting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and is based on campus at Wheeling

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with budget statements or cost controls.
• Associate degree in culinary arts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and using production tools to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Planning and executing special events.
