Four Corners Tavern Group is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations at one of our sports bar concepts in Park City, Utah. You will train and manage kitchen staff, supervise culinary activities, and drive food quality, cost control, and menu development.

The role requires strong F&B management experience, a passion for dining trends, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of F&B industry and culinary management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of hospitality practices and catering operations.
• Develop new menu items and recipes.
• Stay updated on dining trends and techniques.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations for one of our sports bar concepts.
• Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise culinary activities.
• Enhance and control food and labor costs, menu development, pricing.
• Report to Culinary Director.
• Ensure consistent food quality and appearance.
