Qualifications

• 3+ years in Food and Beverage and culinary roles.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
• Effective communicator with a team orientation.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, timeliness, and results.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of BOH systems, ordering, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary production under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Serve as kitchen head during the Executive Chef's absence.
• Stay updated on dining trends and new techniques.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Manage profit areas, stock, waste, and training in the kitchen.
• Assist onboarding of BOH employees.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with professionalism.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening and weekend hours.
