Job summary

Keetley Club and The Dam Bar is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations at one of our sports bar concepts in Park City, Utah. This role will train and manage kitchen staff, coordinate culinary activities, and drive menu development, food cost control, and pricing under the Culinary Director.

You will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, ensuring highest standards of quality and service while supporting Four Corners' growth and brand promise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of F&B industry and culinary management experience
• Thorough knowledge of food & beverage, hospitality and catering operations
• Ability to manage in a diverse, guest-focused environment
• Extensive knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
• Excellent interpersonal, organized, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations for one sports bar concept
• Train and manage kitchen personnel; supervise culinary activities
• Develop menu items, recipes, and pricing; control food and labor costs
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards
• Lead and motivate culinary staff; hire/term BOH employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
