Four Corners’ Keetley Club and The Dam Bar in Park City, UT, seeks an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations for our sports-bar concepts. You will train and manage kitchen staff, drive menu development, and optimize food and labor costs while ensuring quality and consistency.

You report to the Culinary Director and play a key role in pricing, sourcing, and providing top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy setting with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of F&B industry and culinary management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of F&B hospitality practices.
• Ability to develop new menu items and recipes.
• Staying up to date on dining trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations for Keetley Club and The Dam Bar.
• Train, manage, and motivate culinary staff.
• Develop menus and recipes; manage food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
