Job summary

Four Corners is seeking an Executive Sous Chef in Park City, Utah, to act as second in command in the kitchen with the Executive Chef. You’ll optimize food and labor costs, oversee food prep, menu development, and pricing while developing the culinary team.

The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help drive the concept across venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
• Effective communicator with a team-player mentality.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, timeliness, and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary production under the Executive Chef.
• Serve as kitchen lead in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Stay updated on dining trends and techniques.
• Ensure consistent product quality and appearance standards.
• Manage costs, stock, waste, and training in the kitchen.
• Assist with onboarding BOH staff.
