What you will do:
  1. Partner with FOH and BOH management to maximize sales and profits through management of P&Ls, inventory, and controllable cash, achieving forecast and budget targets.
  2. Lead high-volume service periods on the floor or expo, ensuring food quality, service, table engagement, and presentation meet TFK standards.
  3. Perform line checks, facility walks, and participate in EcoSure & Health inspections to maintain a safe production environment.
  4. Manage FOH & BOH staff alongside the Executive Chef, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and employee development, in accordance with policies and laws.
  5. Foster development channels for management and key hourly team members.

  • Are resilient under stress and adaptable to last-minute requests.
  • Have over 5 years of managerial experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
  • Possess strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
  • Are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit leadership, coaching, and excellence-driven qualities.
