Green & Tonic is seeking a passionate, innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Our mission is to redefine healthy eating with vibrant, trend-forward, and clean recipes that fuel an active lifestyle. If you are enthusiastic about whole foods, wellness trends, and seasonal, nutrient-rich ingredients, we want to hear from you!

As we expand to new locations and concepts, we need a strong culinary leader to develop menus and inspire our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a modern, wellness-focused menu aligned with G&T’s evolving brand
  • Stay ahead of food and health trends, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to our offerings
  • Be a visible leader—representing G&T as the culinary face of the brand
  • Lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality dish execution
Qualifications:
  • A chef passionate about health-conscious cuisine and living the lifestyle
  • In tune with food trends, social media, and the wellness industry
  • Creative with an eye for visually appealing, shareable dishes
