Executive Chef at Willow Creek Golf & Country Club | Mt. Sinai, NY | Invited

Job Summary:

Our Executive Chefs provide culinary leadership for all kitchen operations, delivering high-quality food, creating new recipes, and offering attentive service to members and guests while leading the kitchen staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, develop, and inspire the culinary team.
  • Elevate the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and presentation standards.
  • Create innovative menu items based on current food trends and club events.
  • Manage financial controls and culinary operations.
  • Build memorable experiences and maintain positive member and guest relations.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a golf club, resort, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Food & Safety certifications.
  • Knowledge of special diets (preferred).
  • Proficient with POS systems (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office, and social media.
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and à la carte service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
