Job summary

PowHER, a remote, U.S.-based firm, seeks a results-driven coach who can combine executive coaching with enrollment and revenue-building initiatives to empower women in corporate America. You will diagnose barriers, coach one-on-one, manage inbound and outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and move the right candidates toward PowHER's programs while maintaining CRM data and pipeline metrics.

Qualifications

• Significant Corporate America or comparable business experience.
• Personally reached at least Director level or equivalent.
• Experience navigating and influencing senior executives.
• Experience leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, leadership, influence and corporate politics.
• Ability to quickly diagnose problems and translate them into practical strategies.
• Comfortable giving highly direct feedback.
• Strong judgment and discretion.
• Highly accountable and execution-oriented.
• Comfortable learning and being measured against sales and pipeline metrics.
• Comfortable on Zoom, phone and digital communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach accomplished corporate women one-on-one on executive communication and presence, strategic positioning and organizational politics.
• Drive promotion strategy, compensation and offer negotiation, stakeholder management and executive visibility.
• Develop enrollment and business development efforts: qualify prospects, understand goals and determine fit, follow up and conduct enrollment conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data; track outreach, show rates and conversions.
• Contribute directly to new client revenue.
