PowHER, a remote, U.S.-based firm, seeks a results-driven coach who can combine executive coaching with enrollment and revenue-building initiatives to empower women in corporate America. You will diagnose barriers, coach one-on-one, manage inbound and outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and move the right candidates toward PowHER's programs while maintaining CRM data and pipeline metrics.
This role blends coaching, strategic consulting, relationship building and revenue generation with a high
Remote | U.S.-Based
This is not a traditional coaching role and it is not a traditional sales role.
PowHER works with high-performing women navigating som e of the most consequential moments of their corporate careers: promotions, executive positioning, compensation negotiations, organizational politics, leadership transitions, and the path to Director, VP, SVP, EVP and C-suite roles.
We're looking for someone who can do two things exceptionally well:
Diagnose what is actually holding an executive back—and help her solve it.
And:
Talk to prospective clients, understand what they need, determine whether PowHER can help, and confidently move the right women toward working with us.
This role sits at the intersection of executive coaching, strategic consulting, relationship development, and enrollment.
If your coaching philosophy is primarily about holding space and allowing the client to discover every answer herself, this role is not for you. If selling makes you uncomfortable, this role is also not for you.
We want someone who understands that both coaching and enrollment require the same fundamental skills: listening carefully, asking exceptional questions, identifying the real problem, challenging someone's thinking, building trust, and confidently recommending a course of action.
You’ll coach accomplished corporate women one-on-one on:
Our coaching is highly prescriptive. We don't spend an hour circling a problem you identified in the first ten minutes. We diagnose, advise, strategize and challenge. Then we create an action plan and expect execution. You should be able to confidently tell a successful executive: "Here's the problem. Here's what I think you're doing wrong. Here's what we're going to do about it." And have the corporate credibility to back it up.
You’ll also play a critical role in bringing the right women into PowHER.
You’ll:
We don't believe in manipulating people into buying something they don't need. We do believe in confidently recommending PowHER when we know we can help. You should be equally comfortable saying: "You're not the right fit for us." and:"Based on everything you've told me, I think you should do this."
You’ve actually operated inside Corporate America. You’ve navigated executives, competing priorities, difficult personalities, organizational politics, promotions, compensation, performance conversations and high-stakes decisions yourself. You understand that what should happen inside a company and what actually happens are often two completely different things. You’re direct, decisive, commercially minded, highly accountable and exceptionally comfortable giving feedback. You don't need everyone to like you in order to know you've done your job well.
When someone gives you an excuse, your instinct isn't to validate it indefinitely. You understand what's underneath it, challenge the thinking, and figure out what happens next. You're also excellent with people. You listen carefully. You ask sharp questions. You read between the lines. You can build trust quickly without becoming passive and you aren't afraid to ask someone to make a decision.
You love talking about careers, leadership, power, money and professional growth. You naturally diagnose problems when people talk to you. You're fascinated by why talented people get promoted—and why equally talented people don't. You can challenge someone without losing the relationship. You're competitive and like measurable goals. You’d rather receive direct feedback and improve than protect your ego. You believe empathy and accountability can exist simultaneously. You want your compensation to increase when your performance increases and you want to work with ambitious women who expect a lot from themselves—and from you.
You believe coaching means never giving direct advice. You primarily want to coach around emotions, wellness, mindset or personal fulfillment. You're uncomfortable telling a client she's wrong. You avoid conflict. You soften feedback because you're worried about how it will be received. You dislike being measured against numbers. You view selling as inherently pushy or unethical. You don't want responsibility for revenue or you haven't personally navigated senior-level corporate environments.
That's not PowHER—and that's intentional.
Prior executive coaching experience is strongly preferred. Prior sales experience not a must have. We can teach our enrollment process. We cannot teach you 15 years of corporate judgment.
This is a results-driven role. On the coaching side, success means clients execute, make measurable progress and consistently experience exceptional strategic support.
On the enrollment side, success means qualified conversations, strong show rates, disciplined follow-up, healthy conversion and revenue contribution.
You’ll know your numbers. You’ll review your performance. You’ll receive direct feedback and you'll continuously improve.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to "be a coach" and we're not looking for someone who simply wants to "sell".
We're looking for someone who can sit across from an accomplished woman, understand where she wants to go, identify what's standing between her and that outcome, and confidently help her make the decisions required to get there.
Sometimes that conversation happens before she becomes a PowHER client. Sometimes it happens after.
We expect you to be exceptional at both.
