Job summary

Rung for Women seeks a Manager of Career Development to lead the Career Development coaching team and oversee a caseload of members. You will guide two coaches, ensure onboarding, and maintain coaching quality across the core program.

Your role includes coordinating with program colleagues to deliver a seamless experience, monitoring outcomes, and sustaining a data-driven approach using Salesforce. A strong equity-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in career coaching or workforce development.
• ICF ACC credential preferred; Life Coach certification within 1 year of start date.
• Ability to lead a coaching team and manage member caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage two Career Development Coaches; conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Maintain a personal coaching caseload of 13–15 members; support coaching quality and outcomes.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and early engagement for new members.
• Coordinate cross-team planning; ensure seamless member experience across program stages.
• Monitor coaching quality, data integrity in Salesforce, and reporting of outcomes.
