Job summary

Purdue University Global is seeking a Career Specialist to provide personalized coaching to students and graduates, helping them achieve their education and career goals. This remote role focuses on proactive coaching, job-search strategy, and building strong employer partnerships.

You will advise on professional skills, develop partnerships with employers, and report on graduate employment outcomes. The position requires collaboration across university departments and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting/staffing or metrics-based experience (career services, coaching, marketing/sales, or similar).
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive partnerships with Purdue Global students and graduates to support job search strategies and share job leads.
• Build relationships with employers to source job leads and host events for students/graduates.
• Deliver training sessions/webinars and collaborate with university partners to integrate career content.
• Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of graduate employment outcomes and metrics.
