Regency, a Villa Center is seeking an Administrator to lead the facility, oversee profitability, patient care and community representation. The role requires strong time management, calm professional demeanor, and deep understanding of clinical and business operations in long-term care.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, budgeting, ensuring compliance, driving QoC, and maintaining positive employee relations while achieving financial targets and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state where facility is located.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Prior experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and budget adherence.
• Direct reports and ensure census, revenue, and quality metrics meet goals.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed and compliant.
