Villa at the Bay in Michigan is seeking an Administrator to lead operations, profitability and patient care at a long‑term care facility. You will serve as director and community representative, guiding budgets, compliance, and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license, has SNF leadership experience, and excels in time management, communication and problem solving with a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day facility operations and oversees budgets and profitability.
• Guides staff development and maintains high resident care standards.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinates with clinical and nursing staff on care plans.
• Oversees admissions, census, and revenue cycle including AR.
