The role requires strong time and stress management, professional demeanor, and deep understanding of clinical and business facets of long‑term care. Leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports with professional leadership.

• Oversee census development and accounts receivable management.
