Montage International seeks an Executive Butler for Montage Big Sky to lead the Butler program, upholding Forbes Five-Star standards and mentoring a high-profile team.

You will oversee guest experiences for ultra‑high‑profile guests, manage schedules, audits, and service recovery, and collaborate with resort leadership to deliver personalized luxury hospitality that reflects the Montage commitment to craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in Forbes Four-Star, Forbes Five-Star, or equivalent luxury environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Butler team to ensure Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Establish service expectations and ensure adherence to luxury standards.
• Create and maintain Butler SOPs and service guidelines.
• Lead daily Butler briefings and VIP arrival reviews.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for ultra-high-profile guests and VIP clientele.
• Oversee Butler-managed guest experiences and ensure flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
