Manage complex, multi-platform calendars across international time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, venues, and events.
Prepare executive briefings and decision-ready materials for the CEO.
Drive leadership cadence and strategic triaging across the executive team.
Track actions, owners, and due dates; escalate risks to the CEO.
Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans with milestones and owners.
Lead cross-functional projects across Medidata, BIOVIA, ArisGlobal, and DS Life Sciences.
