Job summary

Medidata, part of Dassault Systèmes Life Sciences, seeks an Executive Manager for the Office of the CEO. You will partner with the CEO to translate priorities into clear plans, coordinate senior-level initiatives, and manage executive communications across Medidata, BIOVIA, ArisGlobal, and the broader Life Sciences group.

The role is hybrid in Austin, Texas, requiring the ability to travel and operate across time zones, with a focus on strategic execution and governance.

Qualifications

Typically 7+ years in senior executive support or chief of staff roles.
Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership in a complex org.
Strong business and financial acumen with strategic impact.

Responsibilities

Manage CEO calendar, travel, expenses, correspondence, and meeting logistics.
Coordinate CEO operating rhythm with leadership meetings and reviews.
Prepare leadership materials, briefings, and decision-ready inputs.
Translate priorities into plans with milestones and ownership.
Lead strategic, integration, and transformation initiatives across the org.
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Product & R&D, HR, Marketing.
