Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking an Executive Briefing Manager to lead strategy, execution and outcomes for executive briefings. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success and leadership to design engaging agendas, facilitate in-person, virtual and hybrid events, and strengthen executive relationships.

Undertake cross-functional collaboration and analyze Voice of the Customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in marketing, executive engagement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers; SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized briefing agendas and experiences for customer and prospective executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other teams to enable on-site, virtual and hybrid briefings.
• Host briefings and manage relationships with key customer accounts and executive stakeholders.
• Capture Voice of the Customer insights to influence strategy and product direction.
• Define quarterly OKRs and track impact on pipeline; travel up to 40% domestically.
