Job summary

Procore is seeking an Executive Briefing Manager to lead the strategy, execution and impact of our executive briefings. You will collaborate with account teams and leaders across the organization to design agendas and experiences for customer and prospective customer Executives, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive engagement.

This role can be based remotely and reports to the Sr. Manager, Executive Program Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, executive engagement, or related roles.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers; SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams and leaders to develop briefing agendas for customer and prospective customers in designated briefing centers.
• Promote the Executive Briefing Program internally through regular enablement with account teams.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, Product Marketing, and stakeholders to expand content.
• Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid executive briefings with a high-quality customer experience.
• Develop relationships with key customer accounts and executive stakeholders.
• Capture and share Voice of the Customer insights to influence leadership and product strategy.
• Measure program success via feedback and metrics and report outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Define and track quarterly OKRs and support travel up to 40% domestically (and occasional international).
