Job summary

the company is seeking an Executive Briefing Program Manager to lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of executive briefings at our flagship SF center. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership across the company and our enterprise customer portfolio.

You will own briefing strategy, orchestrate high-touch engagements, collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers, and manage internal speakers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Go-To-Market roles or running executive briefing centers for enterprise tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record advising VP and C-Suite executives.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and tailored briefing content.

Responsibilities

• Own the briefing strategy for our San Francisco center and measure ROI.
• Lead high-touch briefing engagements from request to post-briefing follow-up.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to align objectives.
• Source and manage internal speakers (VP+ and C-Suite) and prep materials.
• Maintain post-briefing tracking in Salesforce and related tools to show opportunity influence.
• Partner with Workplace and AV/IT teams for flawless day-of delivery.
