Job summary

Vercel in San Francisco is seeking an EBC Lead for a hybrid, full-time role that will build and run our Executive Briefing Center program from the ground up, turning executive visits into a signature experience that accelerates pipeline and deepens strategic relationships.

You will own the full lifecycle of every briefing: qualifying requests, designing agendas, sourcing and preparing speakers, orchestrating onsite experiences, and measuring revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and operate Vercel’s Executive Briefing Center program, including intake, qualification criteria, and scheduling workflows
• Partner with account teams to define briefing objectives, build customized agendas, and align discussion topics to each customer’s business priorities
• Recruit, brief, and coach executive and technical speakers, ensuring every session lands with clarity and a consistent narrative
• Own end-to-end onsite execution: room and space experience, catering, branding, demos, technology, and hospitality details
• Build and maintain a library of briefing content, discussion frameworks, and demo experiences in partnership with Product Marketing
• Manage program operations including budget, vendor relationships, capacity planning, and briefing calendars
• Define and report on program metrics such as briefings delivered, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and attendee satisfaction, and use that data to improve the program each quarter
• Extend the program over time to strategic formats such as roadshows, virtual briefings, and executive roundtables
