Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
• Experience producing marketing material for Owned & Operated channels.
• Experience in brand identity and voice development.
• Experience creating brand marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage persona-based marketing programs.
• Coordinate channel strategy including digital marketing and events.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones and success metrics.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates and frameworks for scalable execution.
• Operate with agility as programs evolve and information changes.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for persona-based events (roundtables, summits, boards).
• Manage event timelines, vendors, venues, attendee communications, post-event follow-up.
• Track event performance and derive insights to improve programs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture and senior leadership.
• Keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and dependencies.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support goals.
• Stand up programs where processes may not yet exist.
