Job summary
Nscale is seeking an Executive Orchestrator and Deal Accelerator to own the end-to-end journey of visiting Fortune 200 C-suite executives at Nscale's facilities. You will partner with Sales to tailor briefings, coach leadership, and architect high-conviction experiences that influence multi-million dollar deals.
You will design, prep, and execute the briefing program, proving ROI before scaling a dedicated team, while ensuring premium, customized engagements with a strong emphasis on business
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account programs, enterprise sales enablement, or running executive briefing centers.
- World-class executive presence with the ability to influence Fortune 50 executives.
- Deep enterprise sales acumen and understanding of complex B2B cycles.
- High-agency, flawless execution mindset with proactive problem-solving.
- Keen eye for spatial design, multimedia presentation, and corporate hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Experience Architecture: design the end-to-end executive briefing journey mapped to business pain points.
- Executive Coaching & Prep: prep leadership for briefings with dossiers and targeted conversations.
- Deal Acceleration Alignment: align briefings with sales to unblock deals and drive expansions.
- Content & Innovation Showcasing: curate physical/digital content, showcasing cutting-edge tech.
- Post-Briefing ROI Tracking: track revenue impact and measure enhancements in deal velocity.
