Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building and running the Executive Briefing Center program from the ground up, turning executive visits into a signature experience that accelerates pipeline and deepens strategic relationships. You'll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and our executive team, representing the company's brand at its most senior touchpoint.

This is a builder role: define the playbook, space, content library and metrics, then scale the program as demand grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs or related roles.
• Experience with high-stakes programs involving C-level customers.
• Strong program management with attention to details.
• Ability to translate account strategy into briefing agendas.
• Confident communicator able to brief a CEO and negotiate with vendors.
• Comfortable with developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and operate the Executive Briefing Center program, including intake, qualification criteria, and scheduling workflows
• Partner with account teams to define briefing objectives, build customized agendas, and align discussion topics to each customer's business priorities
• Recruit, brief, and coach executive and technical speakers, ensuring every session lands with clarity and a consistent narrative
• Own end-to-end onsite execution: room and space experience, catering, branding, demos, technology, and hospitality details
• Build and maintain a library of briefing content, discussion frameworks, and demo experiences in partnership with Product Marketing
• Manage program operations including budget, vendor relationships, capacity planning, and briefing calendars
• Define and report on program metrics such as briefings delivered, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and attendee satisfaction, and use that data to improve the program each quarter
• Extend the program over time to strategic formats such as roadshows, virtual briefings, and executive roundtables
