Job summary

Vercel in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an EBC Lead to build and run the Executive Briefing Center program from the ground up, turning executive visits into a signature experience that accelerates pipeline and deepens strategic relationships.

You will own the full lifecycle of every briefing—from intake and agendas to sourcing speakers, onsite execution, and measuring revenue impact. A background in enterprise SaaS and 7+ years in executive programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs, strategic events, or field marketing within an enterprise SaaS or B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to run high-stakes programs with C-level customers and internal executives.
• Strong program management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and operate Vercel's Executive Briefing Center program, including intake, qualification criteria, and scheduling workflows.
• Partner with account teams to define briefing objectives and align topics to client priorities.
• Recruit, brief, and coach executive and technical speakers for consistent storytelling.
