Job summary

Radiology Partners, Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President of Operations to lead a team of physicians, practice directors and teammates to deliver outstanding clinical value and service to hospital and outpatient imaging center clients.

The role requires managing a P&L, revenue and expense goals, and cultivating relationships with System and Client C-Suite leaders. You will oversee multiple markets, partner with physician leadership, and drive growth and efficiency across RP’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare services, preferably physician practice management.
• 8+ years in healthcare services.
• Ability to manage a P&L and hit revenue/expense goals.
• Effective use of technology and teleconferencing to engage RP personnel and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions across assigned markets, including client, customer, and physician relations.
• Own practice-level financial performance with budget development and cost management.
• Analyze data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of workflows.
