Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee regional activities across multiple radiology practices in the United States. The role emphasizes driving clinical performance, operating efficiency, and strong financial results through a dyad leadership model with physician leadership and client health system executives.

The position requires managing large, matrixed teams, developing leaders, and influencing across markets.

RVP, OPERATIONS - POSITION SUMMARY:

• Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices, ensuring strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings.
• Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model.
• Own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography, ensuring consistency and accountability. Partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
• Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive operational transformation at scale.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
