Job summary

Radiology Partners in the United States seeks a Vice President, Clinical Operations Transformation to lead programs that transform radiologist workflow and performance. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Transformation, this role is accountable for conceiving programs, running them at scale, and delivering analytics and leadership reporting.

As RP grows, the role turns ambition into operating reality by valuing physician work, measuring clinical performance, and deploying RP's

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy, ideally in a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Deep fluency in performance analytics, Excel and automated analytics platforms, financial modeling, and metric design, with a consulting toolkit.
• Ability to influence physicians and senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns programs transforming radiologist workflow from concept to result, including measurement and reporting to executives.
• Maintains accountability across the program lifecycle for vision, engagement, analytics, and results.
• Partners across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality and Technology to align programs with enterprise strategy and drive adoption.
• Designs and operates the Physician Performance Management program measuring physician performance across clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
