Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an AVP, Marketing and Communications to lead the brand, communications, marketing and digital efforts across RP and its leadership. You will manage internal teams and external agencies, collaborate with the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Communications, and ensure a single, consistent RP voice across owned, earned, and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive brand management experience, incl. 5 years of people leadership.
• Healthcare and/or technology marketing experience, especially to physicians.
• Experience launching brands and revitalizing established ones.
• Experience governing brand strategy in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead RP’s brand, communications, marketing and digital efforts across functions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for internal teams and external agencies.
• Partner with the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Communications and Health Policy and lead the Brand Experience Physician Support Board.
• Develop an integrated communications approach ensuring a consistent RP voice across channels.
• Identify opportunities and manage partnerships for PR, media and crisis communications.
