Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs transforming clinical workflow and performance. The role reports to the Senior VP, Clinical Transformation and entails conceiving programs, scaling operations, building analytics to prove impact, and reporting results to hospital operators and executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy in healthcare.
• Fluent with performance analytics, Excel, financial modeling, and metric design.

Responsibilities

• Owns programs transforming radiologists' workflow from concept to result; measures and reports outcomes to executives.
• Maintains lifecycle accountability for program vision, engagement, analytics, and results; defines success and defensible metrics.
• Builds analytics and reporting across worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling, and partners with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology.
