Job summary

BTI in Washington, DC seeks an AV/VTC Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute AV/VTC productions for the EEOC. You will liaison among customers, presenters, IT teams, and contractors to ensure reliable, high‑quality audio, video, streaming, and presentation experiences.

You will manage enterprise AV/VTC operations, support executive meetings and events, and drive planning, rehearsals, and post-event reviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enterprise AV/VTC operations.
• Experience supporting executive meetings and high-visibility events.
• Technical experience with VTC endpoints, codecs, DSPs, control systems, cameras, and streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AV/VTC operations across multiple rooms and spaces.
• Lead planning, production, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Coordinate activities among IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders; track milestones and risks.
• Maintain SOPs, system documentation, inventories, licenses, and assets.
