Bailey Information Technology, LLC, based in the Washington, DC area, seeks an AV/VTC Production Engineer for the onsite role at EEOC Headquarters. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting an environment similar to EEOC's.
• Experience supporting comparable AV/VTC equipment and systems.
• Experience working with dispersed, multi-site field office environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain AV equipment, including video editing/post-production tools, switches, cameras, audio gear, control systems, and displays.
• Set up and manage video conferencing platforms; coordinate multi-location connections and resolve connectivity issues.
• Operate and support live meetings, webinars, town halls, and trainings, including live switching and recording.
• Design and integrate AV/VTC solutions; develop diagrams and layouts; configure AV-over-IP networks.
• Train end users on conference room technology and collaboration tools.
