Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Maintenance Technician - Tier 2 (CST-EXEC) to support and maintain conference room systems for executives. You will provide white-glove, on-site service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of VC/AV equipment.

The role requires a strong background in AV/VC hardware and software, experience supporting executives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and other AV/VC hardware and signal flow.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support for video conferencing equipment and in-room AV technology.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
• Analyze trends in AV/VC issues to proactively improve service quality and operational processes.
• Document solutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
• Participate in the commissioning of AV systems for retrofits and new builds.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements.
