Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Maintenance Technician – Tier 2 (CST-EXEC) to support and maintain video conferencing systems for executives and VPs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of AV/VC issues to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

Strong background in AV/VC systems and on-site tech support.
Experience supporting executives and high-level staff is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.
Familiarity with a wide range of AV technologies and signal flows.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support for video conferencing equipment and in-room AV technology.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement solutions.
Analyze trends in AV/VC issues to proactively improve service quality.
Document solutions and best practices to help the team.
Participate in commissioning AV systems for retrofits and new builds.
Ensure installations meet client requirements and company standards.
