The University at Buffalo's School of Nursing seeks an visionary leader to serve as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (ADAA) who can advance undergraduate and graduate programs through strategic oversight, curricular innovation, and accreditation compliance.

Reporting to the Dean, the ADAA will guide faculty development, academic policy, student services, and interprofessional education, while fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion and promoting UB's goal to become a top 25 public research

Formación

• Earned doctorate (DNP and/or PhD) in nursing from regionally accredited institution.
• RN license or license eligible to practice in New York.
• Record of academic leadership and scholarly productivity at the national level.
• Experience managing faculty, students, and professional staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across BS, ABS, RN-BS and graduate programs to ensure academic excellence and compliance with accreditation.
• Collaborate with university leaders on curriculum development, operational efficiency, and innovative programming.
• Recruit and retain qualified faculty to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.
• Oversee advising, student services, scholarships, and enrollment initiatives for diverse student cohorts.
• Lead accreditation, licensing activities, site visits, and compliance with SUNY/CCNE/AACN standards.
• Advance faculty development and mentorship to support promotion and scholarly achievement.
